Circulation (504-280-6355)
The Circulation Unit provides the following services: checkout, renewal and return of circulating items; pickup and return of interlibrary loan books, articles and microfilm; retrieval and return of Reserve materials; and the payment of fines and lost book obligations. You may view the Circulation Policy in greater detail.


Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery (504-280-6548)
The Interlibrary Loan Unit borrows materials not owned by the UNO Library for faculty, staff and students using the electronic system, ILLiad. You can learn more about this system and our policies by checking the Frequently Asked Questions page. New users can establish the necessary profile by visiting the First Time Users page. Once you have established a profile, materials not owned by the UNO Library can be requested through the ILLiad Logon page.


Multimedia Collection (504-280-6550)
Located on the 3rd floor, Room 320, this collection combines the former Listening and Microfilm rooms into one location for all of the library's microfilm, microfiche, audio recordings, videos, and CDs.


Reserve (504-280-7211)

Stacks Maintenance (504-280-6546)
The Stacks Maintenance Unit shelves books and periodicals, conducts searches for missing books and periodicals, and assigns library carrels. If you are having trouble locating a book or periodical that is owned by the UNO Library, you may fill out a search form which is available at the Reference Desk. If you are interested in applying for a carrel, you may fill out an application for a library carrel. To find out if you are eligible for a carrel, please read the Library Carrel Policy.
