- Manage Interlibrary Loan department
- Lead the Access Services Department
- Coordinate Distance Education library services (excluding instruction)
- Document delivery
- Electronic Reserves
- Library services for Distance education
- Information-seeking habits of interdisciplinary researchers
- Copyright law as it applies to library services
