Major Responsibilities
The specific duties of my position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Participates in library strategic planning and top level decision making in all areas of collections, services, and operations
- Provides input on budget matters and personnel administration, including budget preparation and management, recruitment, personnel evaluation, and promotion and tenure
- Gathers, maintains, and prepares statistical reports for various agencies, organizations, and departments
- Planning and management of special projects and initiatives assigned by the Dean
- Primary
library administrator in the absence of the Dean
