Academic Search Complete
Academic Search Complete, designed specifically for academic institutions, is the world's most valuable and comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 5,300 full-text periodicals, including 4,400 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 9,300 journals and a total of 10,900 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc. The database features PDF content going back as far as 1865, with the majority of full text titles in native (searchable) PDF format.

Computer Science Index offers abstracting and indexing of academic journals, professional publications, and other reference sources at the highest scholarly and technical levels of computer science. The collection covers more than 6,500 periodicals and books, with coverage going back to the mid 1960s. Computer Science Index focuses on subjects such as artificial intelligence, expert systems, system design, data structures, computer theory, computer systems and architecture, software engineering, human-computer interaction, new technologies, social and professional context, and much more. Enhancements to the original database include hundreds of new titles and searchable cited references for key academic journals. This database also includes editor-selected articles from magazine and journal titles in related areas of study.

Computer Source provides researchers with the latest information and current trends in high technology. This database offers full text for nearly 300 publications, covering topics such as computer science, programming, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, information systems, robotics, and software. In addition, this database offers indexing and abstracts for nearly 450 publications. Many full text titles are available in searchable PDF, or scanned-in-color. Full text information in this database dates as far back as 1985.

Ebrary contains over 80,000 full-text, digital books and other authoritative content from more than 240 leading academic, STM, and professional publishers.
Google Scholar
Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. From one place, you can search across many disciplines and sources: peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, abstracts and articles, from academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories, universities and other scholarly organizations. Google Scholar helps you identify the most relevant research across the world of scholarly research.

IEEE/IEL
IEL provides access to more than 120 journal titles, more than 600 annual conference proceedings titles, and over 875 IEEE technical standards. The publications are drawn from the following sources: IEEE Conference Proceedings, IEEE Journals, IEEE Standards, IEE Conference Proceedings, and IEE Journals. In addition, IEEE adds about 25,000 new pages to IEL per month. The complete IEL publication collections provide coverage of the technical literature dating from 1988 to the present with select content back to 1952. A reminder to users: Remember to “logout” when finished, so that other UNO users can search the digital library efficiently.

JSTOR is an electronic archive of selected journals in various disciplines. It attempts to maintain complete journal holdings from the first volume, but current volumes (from the past three to six years) are not included.

NetLibrary This collection of thousands of electronic books includes titles in all academic disciplines. These books can be searched as a collection or accessed as individual titles through our libray's online catalog.

Science & Technology Collection The Science & Technology Collection contains over 820 leading full text journals covering relevant aspects of the scientific and technical community. Topics include aeronautics, astrophysics, chemistry, computer technology, geology, aviation, physics, archaeology, and materials science. In addition to the full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 1,740 publications.  
Science Citation Index
This database is the electronic version of the Science Citation Index, Social Science Citation Index and Arts and Humanities Citation Index. It includes indexing and abstracting from 8600 journals in all disciplines, covering 1975-present. The sources (footnotes) are included as part of each record, and can also be searched.

Synthesis Digital Library
Synthesis is a digital library of 50-100 page "lectures"; self-contained electronic books that synthesize an important research or development topic in engineering or computer science and authored by an expert in the field. The library is divided into series such as Algorithms and Software in Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Energy and the Environment, Human Computer Interaction, Quantum Computing, Web Engineering, etc. All titles in the digital library can be saved, printed, or emailed in their entirety.
