America's Historical Newspapers The collection provides images and full-text content access to historic newspapers.  It currently includes the following three series: Early American Newspapers, Series II, 1758-1900 and Early American Newspapers, Series III, 1829-1922.  Series 2 focuses on the period between 1820 and 1860 and offers several hundred thousand fully searchable issues from more than 250 significant 18th- and 19th-century newspapers from all 50 present states. Series 3 focuses on the period between 1861 and 1900, and offers several hundred thousand fully searchable issues from more than 135 significant 19th- and 20th-century newspapers from all 50 present states.Series 7, 1773-1922, includes more than 160 significant 18th, 19th, and 20th-century newspapers including New Orleans' Times-Picayune, established in 1837 and one of the South’s most prominent newspapers.

New York Times Historical Archive 1851-2003
Offers full page and article images with searchable full text back to the first issue. The collection includes digital reproductions providing access to every page from every available issue. Coverage: Sept 18,1851-Dec 31, 2003

Newspaper Source
Newspaper Source provides selected full text for nearly 30 national (U.S.) and international newspapers, including USA Today, The Christian Science Monitor, The Washington Post, The Times (London), The Toronto Star, etc. The database also contains selected full text for more than 200 regional (U.S.) newspapers, including The Boston Globe, The Chicago Tribune, The Detroit Free Press, The Miami Herald, The New York Daily News, The San Jose Mercury News, etc. In addition, full text television & radio news transcripts are provided from CBS News, FOX News, NPR, etc.
