Finding industry

while NAICS is the current standard, many databases still or only use
SIC. Industry overviews could be found in Economic Census, Hoovers Online,
or Business Source Premier. Rankings, market research, market share,
and current trends are to be found by a database searching on newspaper
or trade magazine articles.

industry. Correspondance table for SIC codes and NAICS codes also available.
Use both codes to search industry specific information in the electronic
resources.
