III. Access to Library Databases with Full-text
The Earl K. Long Library purchases a number of online journals and online journal packages, a few of those packages that are directly related to science and engineering are listed below.

Each of these packages is slightly different in how they search and group their journals.  Some may simply list and search all of the journals that they publish; although we may not have purchased access to all of the journals, it will search all of them and provide a citation, though not any full-text.

A brief description of how each site operates and what can be found at each site accompanies each link provide in this section.

1.Springer Verlag

The UNO Library subscribes to 19 Springer Verlag journals. This collection includes journals in the fields of Mathematics and the Sciences.

This site does not indicate to which journals we subscribe and it is strongly suggested that for access to Springer Verlag journals that you use UNO's E_Journals A to Z or Catalog to access these titles.

2.American Chemical Society

Coverage is generally from mid-1990s to the present.  UNO has access to all of the journals accessable through UNO's E_Journals A to Z .
.

3.IEL IEEE Digital Library
The IEL provides access to more than 120 journal titles, more than 600 annual conference proceedings titles, and over 875 IEEE technical standards. The publications are drawn from the following sources: IEEE Conference Proceedings, IEEE Journals, IEEE Standards, IEE Conference Proceedings, and IEE Journals. In addition, IEEE adds about 25,000 new pages to IEL per month. The complete IEL publication collections provide coverage of the technical literature dating from 1988 to the present with select content back to 1952. A reminder to users: Remember to “logout” when finished, so that other UNO users can search the digital library efficiently.
