Library's Food & Drink Policy
The vending machine area/ snack lounge at the back of the first floor is the only place in the building where food may be consumed in the library.
Food purchased from the vending machines must be consumed in the lounge.
Drinks are allowed in the library in approved containers -- bottles with screw tops and non-disposable cups with lids -- are allowed anywhere in the library except Special Collections on the 4th floor of the library.
Drinks in cans and drinks in paper or plastic cups without permanent lids are allowed only in the lounge.
