Electronic Classroom 318 Reservation Policy

WHO CAN USE ROOM 318
The Library electronic classroom is available for reservation by CAMPUS GROUPS. Library instruction sessions will have priority over other groups requesting the room. The room is available for reservation only during regular library hours. This room may not be used for regularly scheduled class instruction.

Reservations can be made by filling out the online form. All reservations will be confirmed in advance by email.

EQUIPMENT
15 student workstations and 1 instructor PC are available for hands on teaching. A ceiling mounted projection screen and projector are available for use in the room. Visual aids may not be scotch-taped, tacked, or otherwise attached to walls, doors, window shades, or windows.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No food or beverages are allowed in the computer lab.

LIBRARY POLICY
The library is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted in the conference room, lobbies, restrooms, or anywhere else in the building.

It is recommended that the sponsoring organization provide signs for display in the lobby area on the first and third floors prior to and during the event.

Signs may not be posted on the exterior doors, walls, windows, or pillars of the building. Signs may also not be posted anywhere in the building unless approved by Library Administration. Contact Library Administration at ext. 6556 if you would like to have a sign posted.
