WHO CAN USE ROOM 318
The library electronic classroom is available for reservation by campus departments and is for instructional purposes only (ex. workshops, presentations, classroom instruction). This room cannot be reserved as meeting space. If a meeting space is needed please refer to the use of Room 407 in the Library.
Faculty or staff member must be present in the room at all times and is responsible for the security of the classroom.
Library instruction sessions will have priority over other departments requesting the room. The room is available for reservation only during regular library hours. This room may not be used for regularly scheduled class instruction.
Reservations can be made by filling out the online request form. Reservations must be completed at least one week in advance of the date needed (when placing your request please account for additional time for setup). All reservations will be confirmed in advance by email.
There are 17 student workstations and 1 instructor station available for hands on teaching. A ceiling mounted projection screen, projector and printer are available for use in the room. Visual aids may not be scotch-taped, tacked, or otherwise attached to walls, doors, window shades, or windows.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The libraryâ€™s Food and Drink Policy is applicable in this space.
The library is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted in the conference room, lobbies, restrooms, or anywhere else in the building.
It is recommended that the sponsoring department provide signs for display in the lobby area on the first and third floors prior to and during the event.
Signs may not be posted on the exterior doors, walls, windows, or pillars of the building. Signs may also not be posted anywhere in the building unless approved by Library Administration. Contact Library Administration at ext. 6556 if you would like to have a sign posted.
