The Earl K. Long Library has 5 group study rooms that can be reserved for currently enrolled students. Please ask for assistance at the Circulation or Reference desk in locating additional study rooms. Reserved Group Study Rooms have: table, chairs, whiteboard, and a computer. Whiteboard markers and erasers are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk.

Please review the group study room policy before requesting a room.

As a reminder:

• Rooms can be reserved for up to 2 hours.
• Only groups are allowed to reserve study rooms.
• The library cannot guarantee that a reservation can be made for the desired date and time.
• Reservations can be made between one week and by 3:00pm of the preceeding library open day in advance of the day needed. Requests made the day of will not be accomodated.
• If the group does not arrive within 15 minutes of their reserved time, the reservation will be cancelled.
